The hotel was located out in the nature, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains in the Gsies valley. The room was spacious and contained all necessary facilities, including a comfortable bed and a clean and modern bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes and was of good quality.
There was no karaoke or casino available in the hotel for entertainment purposes.

We stayed at a luxurious venue and it was an outstanding experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, offering exclusive amenities. The Spa & wellness centre was simply amazing, with a wide range of treatments available. The infinity pool and sun terrace overlooking the mountains were breathtaking. We also enjoyed delicious food and drinks at the restaurant and bar, with options for special diet menus. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this hotel.
The only negative aspect was a minor issue with the location. It was a bit remote and we had to drive quite a bit to get to some attractions.

Beautiful Views and Convenient Location
The hotel had some beautiful views of the surrounding scenery and was conveniently located near some great hiking trails. The breakfast buffet and spa facilities were also enjoyable.
Our stay was marred by the highly overcrowded pool area, with rude guests reserving pool chairs all day long. the service was inattentive and slow, making it difficult to fully relax and enjoy our stay.

Great food and wide variety of choices for breakfast and dinner. we enjoyed the spa and the saunas, which were clean and well-kept as well as the fitness program provided.
The room was small and stuffy, with outdated decor, and the walls were very thin, making it hard to sleep. The staff was polite but not very attentive, and it took a while to get requests fulfilled.
